Try this delicious Mango Mousse!
This is an easy recipe which I created by myself. It’s prepared very fast and tastes delicious!
If you have ripe mangoes but you do not want to process them for a dessert right now, you can purée them with lemon and freeze them. If you would like to prepare the mango dessert you only need to defrost the mango purée, add the remaining ingredients and prepare it as described.
- 2 ripe mangoes, keep a few small mango pieces for decoration
- Juice of a lemon
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 2.5 dl whipped cream
- 2 tablespoon of sugar
How to prepare
Mangoes, lemon juice, powdered sugar mix all together.
Whipped cream with sugar, mix together well until stiff and stir gently with the puréed mangoes.
Just fill it in a nice glass and decorate it with small mango pieces.
